Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to Usercall with one click. Create AI interview studies from your assistant — no API keys.

Usercall MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server. Add one URL in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, sign into your Usercall account, and create interview studies from the assistant.

Connector URL

https://mcp.usercall.co

Use that exact URL as a custom connector / remote MCP server. You do not need an API key, npx, or JSON config for the hosted connector.

What you need

A Usercall account (sign up)
Credits for interview studies (see pricing) — 10 free on signup
One of: Claude (custom connector or directory), ChatGPT (plugins / developer mode), or Cursor (remote MCP / marketplace plugin)

What the tools do

Tool	Purpose
`create_study`	Create an AI interview study; returns `study_id` and `interview_link`. Optional `interview_mode`: `voice` (default), `text`, or `voice_and_text`
`update_study`	Update targets, interview mode, guide copy, questions, or media
`get_study_status`	Poll progress (`running` → `analyzing` → `complete`)
`get_study_results`	Themes, insights, and optional full transcripts
`delete_study`	Permanently delete a study and release unused credits

Only one active agent study is allowed per personal account at a time. If credits are insufficient, create_study returns a checkout_url.

Privacy

When you connect, the AI client can create studies and read results for your Usercall account (personal workspace). See our privacy policy.

Developers

Machine-to-machine API keys and the local usercall-mcp package remain available under Home → Developer. The hosted connector at https://mcp.usercall.co is the recommended path for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
